1. The Nothing-False Guarantee

What it promises: if Morrow submits an answer in a job application that did not come from you, your resume, or one of the other places listed below, we refund that billing month.

What counts as a violation:

  • Morrow enters a value into an answer field that cannot be traced back to (a) your saved answer bank, including the answers on your answers card, (b) the resume or resume rendition on file, (c) an explicit approval you gave in the app for that specific field on that specific job, (d) a written answer Morrow drafted from your resume and stories that you approved, or (e) a fact Morrow took from your resume, where the receipt shows the line it used.
  • Morrow answers from your resume under (e), but the line shown on the receipt does not back up the answer.
  • A written answer Morrow drafted states a fact, like an employer, a job title, a date, a degree or a number, that is not in your saved answers, your resume or your stories. This counts even though the opinions in that answer do not (see below).
  • Morrow answers a legal, consent, “my answers are true,” background or self-identification question with anything other than an answer you gave, or one that follows directly from an answer you gave (like “U.S. person” when you said you are a U.S. citizen).

What does not count as a violation:

  • an answer you approved, including in Auto Mode, is not a violation even if you later regret it or the answer turns out to be wrong
  • an edit you made yourself before submission
  • an answer Morrow drafted for you that you approved or edited before it was used
  • an answer from your answers card, including one that started filled in and that you left as it was
  • a fact Morrow took from your resume when the line shown on the receipt backs it up, even if your resume itself is out of date
  • the opinions in a written answer, like why you want to work somewhere or what interests you about a role. These are views, not facts, so this guarantee does not cover them. The facts inside a written answer are still covered (see above)
  • a transformation the ATS (applicant tracking system) makes to your data on its own side, such as reformatting a phone number or reflowing your resume text
  • an error introduced by the employer or the ATS after Morrow submits (their system, their bug)
  • a question Morrow refused to answer and instead parked or skipped (this is Morrow working as designed, not a violation)

The evidence: our own receipt (the submission screenshot) and ledger entry for that job, along with the recorded field values, are the record used to evaluate a claim. If our records show the value traces to your answer bank, resume, or an approval, the claim does not succeed. For a fact taken from your resume, the receipt must also show a line that backs it up.

Claim window: you must file a claim within 90 days of the submission in question.

Remedy: a refund of that billing month’s subscription fee. One refund under this guarantee per billing month. This guarantee does not cover any other damages, costs, or losses connected to the submission. See Section 17 (Limitation of Liability).

During the test drive the same promise applies. The remedy is a refund of your first charge once it is made; if you cancel before day 8, nothing is charged.

2. The Receipt Guarantee

What it promises: of the first 20 eligible jobs you pick in a billing month, if fewer than 15 carry a receipt within 72 hours of your worker app being online, we refund that billing month.

“Eligible” means a job that, at the time you picked it, met every one of these conditions:

  • the job’s application is hosted on a supported ATS at the time of pick: currently Greenhouse, Ashby, or Lever; this page is updated when the list changes
  • the application does not require creating an account before you can apply
  • the application does not require verifying an email address or phone number by code before you can apply, unless you enter the emailed code in the app within the time shown
  • the job posting was still open (accepting applications) at the time your worker attempted it
  • your worker app was online and not paused during the relevant window
  • if the job was parked with a question for you, you answered that question within 24 hours of being asked. The 24 hours start when Morrow shows you the question, not when the job was parked

What counts as “carrying a receipt”: a completed submission with a screenshot and ledger entry, OR a job correctly closed out as “skipped, not guessed.” A refusal to guess is Morrow working as intended and counts as delivered.

What does not count toward the 15: a job still sitting parked past 24 hours because you have not answered its question, a job that stopped being eligible after you picked it (for example, the posting closed), or a job outside a supported ATS.

Claim limit: once per billing month, on your first eligible batch of 20 picks in that month.

Remedy: a refund of that billing month’s subscription fee.

3. Pause When You Land It

If you get a job, you can pause your Morrow subscription for up to 6 months at no charge.

  • While paused, you are not billed and your worker app does not run.
  • If you return within the 6-month pause window, you resume at the same price you were paying before the pause, including a Founding Hundred lock if you had one.
  • If you do not return within the 6-month window, your subscription is treated as cancelled.
  • You can pause an unlimited number of times, one pause at a time, each up to 6 months, and you keep your founding rate across every pause.
  • If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, pausing is not available there; cancel and rejoin later at the same rate.

The Test Drive

  • Every plan except The Placement Desk opens with a test drive. The test drive is $0 for 7 days. We keep a card on file.
  • The test drive lasts 7 days. On day 8 it ends and your chosen plan starts.
  • On day 8, your card is charged your chosen plan’s price ($8.90/wk, $12.90/wk, or $22.90/wk; $29/mo, $49/mo, or $89/mo). It is then charged every week or month until you cancel.
  • You can cancel any time before day 8 in Settings → Billing. If you cancel before day 8, you pay nothing.
  • If Morrow itself pauses sending during your test drive for a reason on our side, we extend your test drive by that time.
  • During the test drive you can send up to 5 applications a day and 10 in total. You choose how they go out: approve each one yourself, or turn on Auto Mode so Morrow sends each one on its own, with a receipt for each. You can change that choice, or pause sending, at any time in the app. Your plan’s full limits start after the test drive.
  • You get one test drive per person, card and computer. If this card or computer has already had a test drive, your plan starts today at the regular price.
  • The Placement Desk has no test drive.
  • The Receipt Guarantee does not apply to applications sent during the test drive. Workday applications are not covered by the Receipt Guarantee.
  • If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, your subscription is billed and cancelled through that store, not from your Morrow account settings.

Courtesy refund

  • We give one courtesy refund of your first charge if you ask within 7 days of that charge.
  • It is once per customer.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel at any time. If you pay on the web, cancel in Settings → Billing. If you pay through the App Store or Google Play, cancel in your Apple or Google subscription settings; Apple and Google handle those payments and their cancellations. Cancellation stops future billing, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. It does not refund the current billing period except as provided by the two guarantees above.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violating the Acceptable Use section of the Terms of Service, or for non-payment.

Full detail lives in the Terms of Service (Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, and 18).
