How does Morrow work?

You pick jobs from the board on your phone. A worker app on your own Mac or Windows laptop does the actual applying, at a human pace, while you get on with your day. Every submission comes back with a receipt: a screenshot and a ledger entry, so you always know exactly what was sent and where.

What does “Nothing-False” mean?

Every field Morrow fills traces back to an answer you gave it once, your resume on file, or an approval you gave for that specific field. Nothing is invented. If Morrow ever submits an answer you didn’t provide or approve, that’s a violation of the Nothing-False Guarantee and we refund that billing month — see Refunds & Guarantees.

Why did my application park with a question instead of finishing?

When a form asks something Morrow can’t answer honestly from what you’ve told it, it stops and asks you instead of guessing. That’s the product working as intended: a held application, not a bad one. Answer the question in the app and it picks the application back up.

The employer emailed me a verification code. What do I do?

Enter it in the app within the time shown on the parked card. If it expires before you enter it, finish the application on the employer’s own page instead — the application isn’t lost, it just moves to the “I finished it” / “I didn’t” card.

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed on the web, go to Settings → Billing → Manage billing to pause (up to 6 months, unlimited pauses, same rate when you come back) or cancel. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, pausing isn’t available there — cancel in your device’s account settings and rejoin later at the same rate.

How do I delete my account?

Go to morrowhq.app/account/delete. It deletes your Morrow account and everything tied to it.
