How does Morrow work?

You pick jobs on your phone. A worker app on your Mac or Windows laptop fills out the form. It works at a human pace, while you go about your day. Every submission comes back with a receipt: a screenshot and a record. You always know what was sent, and where.

What does “Nothing-False” mean?

Every answer on a form comes from you or your resume. Something you told Morrow. A line in your resume, shown on the receipt. Or a written answer Morrow drafted that you approved. Morrow never makes up a fact, and legal questions are always answered with your own answer. If it ever sends an answer that didn’t come from one of these, your next month is free. The guarantee covers facts, not opinions. Why you want a job is your view, but any employer, date or number in that answer must come from your answers, your resume or your stories. Why did my application park with a question instead of finishing?

Sometimes a form asks something only you can answer, like a legal question, or a fact Morrow can’t find in your answers or your resume. When that happens, Morrow skips that job for now and asks you. That’s the product working right, not a bad application. Answer the question in the app and it picks back up.

The employer emailed me a verification code. What do I do?

Enter it in the app before the timer on the card runs out. If time runs out first, finish the application on the employer’s own page instead. Your application isn’t lost. It just moves to the “I finished it” / “I didn’t” card.

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

On the web: go to Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Pause for up to 6 months, as many times as you want, at the same rate when you come back. Or cancel there. Through the App Store or Google Play: pausing isn’t available. Cancel in your device’s account settings and rejoin later at the same rate.

How do I delete my account?

Go to morrowhq.app/account/delete. It deletes your Morrow account and everything tied to it.
