Questions

What happens when I run out of tailoring credits?

Morrow keeps applying. It just sends your own resume instead of a tailored one. Your credits refill at the start of your next billing period. Unused credits don't roll over. If you need more sooner, you can buy a top-up on the web: 50 credits for $7. Top-up credits never expire while your plan is active.

What counts against my daily and monthly quota?

Only applications Morrow actually submits. A job that is parked, skipped, or refused because Morrow wouldn't guess an answer doesn't count.

On The Full Send, the 2,000 is a soft limit. We'll tell you before we ever slow you down, and a person reviews it.

How does the Nothing-False Guarantee work?

Every answer Morrow submits must come from your saved answers, your resume, or something you approved in the app. If Morrow ever submits an answer that came from none of those, your next month is free. We check using our own record of the submitted form. Email us within 90 days. One free month per billing month. It’s a free month, not cash.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for. If you subscribed on the web, cancel in Settings → Billing. If you subscribed in the iPhone or Android app, cancel in your Apple or Google subscription settings.

A one-time top-up. Credits from your plan expire at the end of each cycle. Top-up credits don’t expire, as long as your plan stays active.
